Servicing Toronto & the GTA
Soffit and fascia don't get much attention until something goes wrong — a sagging gutter, a soft spot near the roofline, signs of pests getting into the attic.
At Branova, we install and repair both, using aluminum systems built to handle Toronto's freeze-thaw winters without warping, rotting, or pulling away from the roofline.
Branova's factory-certified installers have built a 5.0-star reputation across the GTA doing work that holds up — on budget, on schedule, and clean enough that the neighbours notice.
Branova installs soffit and fascia systems engineered for the GTA's climate — built to keep your attic ventilated, your gutters supported, and pests out, year-round. Aluminum soffit works with vinyl, aluminum, fibre cement, stucco, or brick exteriors, and comes in a range of colours and finishes to match your home rather than compromise the look of it.
For homeowners after a more contemporary finish, we also install Urbanix, a wood-grain aluminum soffit that pairs well with modern exteriors and adds contrast against other siding materials. Whichever direction you go, every soffit system we install is sized and vented correctly for your attic — not just installed for appearance.
If your fascia boards are rotted, your soffit panels are sagging, or you're noticing pests, moisture, or peeling paint near the roofline, repair often makes more sense than full replacement. Many older GTA homes were also built without fascia at all, which leaves the roof edge and foundation exposed to water damage over time.
Branova inspects the affected area, checks what's actually driving the damage (often the gutter system itself rather than the soffit or fascia), and gives you a clear repair or replace recommendation — no guesswork, no overselling.
Branova works exclusively with manufacturers whose products outperform in Toronto's freeze-thaw climate, backed by long-term warranties you can actually count on.
With a 5.0-star rating across almost 200 Google reviews from Toronto home owners, Branova has built a reputation for showing up on time, finishing on budget, and leaving job sites clean — the things that come up again and again from clients across the GTA.
We're factory-certified installers, which means stronger manufacturer warranties on every job. Also, we offer a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty on all of our installations. If there's ever an issue caused by our workmanship, we'll come back and make it right.

Every project tells the same story: a Toronto home transformed, a homeowner who didn't have to chase anyone down, and a crew that left the site cleaner than they found it. Browse the work and see what that looks like in practice.
